Mission Statement

Our mission at Harmonic Alliance is to provide private education in music to children of low income families and foster homes within the greater Santa Barbara area.

Youth, ages eight to eighteen, will be selected based on desire and economic qualifications.

Students will be matched with an appropriate teacher and provided with a loan instrument for one year, after which, with strong reviews, will come to own. Students who demostrate diligent practice will be able to continue their studies until the age of eighteen.

Benefactors may become personally involved by aiding in allocating funds towards specific institutions or homes.
